About Sagra
Few pieces, well explained.
Sagra is a small shop run by one person in Portugal. It selects sound and wellbeing pieces from the catalogue of a European importer that works with workshops in India and Nepal.
We do not manufacture or import directly. Our job is to choose a few pieces, explain what they are for and how to use them, and look after your order from payment to delivery.
Orders leave our supplier’s warehouse in the European Union and arrive within 8 business days. If anything goes wrong, you talk to us directly.
Origin stated
For each piece we give the material and country of origin declared by the supplier. When we do not know, we do not make it up.
EU warehouse
Pieces ship from a warehouse in the European Union. Delivery within 8 business days, no customs.
14-day returns
You can return within 14 days without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your cost and we refund within 14 days.
